Mike,
I am writing you to tell you how pleased we are with the
Permaguard application on our Lear 60. Your description
of the product before we had you apply it seemed too
good to be true. The reality is it's true! I am
personally completely satisfied and more importantly,
our chairman is completely satisfied.
Here are some actual experiences we have had with the
aircraft since Permaguard was applied:
- The aircraft had accumulated a covering of dust
while in the hangar (we do live in the desert). Before
Permaguard we would remove the dust with a dust remover
because it would adhere to the paint and would still be
dirty after a flight. This time, though, we flew the
airplane, the dust blew off, and the airplane looked
shiny and clean again.
- Recently the airplane sat on a ramp in Monterey, CA
for two days. The weather was foggy and rainy. When the
crew came out to the airplane it was covered with brown
spots (like water spots). On the return flight the
aircraft flew through a rain cloud and arrived back in
Scottsdale looking like it had just been detailed.
- Bug removal used to labor intensive and now they are
easily removed with a damp rag.
- The Lear 60 has stang covers that cover the thrust
reverser mechanism. Exhaust from the engine pass through
the inside of the stang covers and stains them with
exhaust and oil. It used to be a very labor intensive
job to keep these clean. Now we just remove the stains
with a rag and the stang covers look good as new.
- We are still gathering data on fuel burns since
Permaguard was applied. With the data we have right now
it appears we are burning about 2% less fuel per hour.
- Miscellaneous streaking on the belly is easily
removed with a rag. No deep cleaning required.
- Overall, the aircraft looks stunning. The depth of
shine is fantastic!
A great product! I'm sure we'll have stories to tell in
the future. Your staff that applied Permaguard were
great too! Kudos!

Mr. Adams:
We have always appreciated all the excellent work you
have done for Aero jet Services. Since we started using
your Permagard system on our aircraft we have notice
that our aircraft stay cleaner, the paint stays brighter
and our pilots claim that we are burning less fuel. We
think the Permagard and your expertise application of
the product by far is one of the best things we have
done to our aircraft in years. We will continue using
Permagard and spread the word to other aircraft own

It is amazing! I can just wip off the exhaust trail with
a soft cloth and nothing sticks to the plane. I have flown
15-20 hours since having it done and it looks like it was
washed yesterday.

had the JetProp treated in Scottsdale during the convention
and it's turned out to be a terrific investment. The 10
year old paint (which has held up quite well) looks almost
new.
When I "tossed" on the canopy cover I use on
transient overnight stays, it slid right off!! That's how
slick the surface is now. As previously reported, exhaust
residue wipes right off!
I can't yet vouch for any increase in TAS, but I know I've
added years to my paint --- and the bird looks fabulous!!

I did my Meridian in Dallas last year seemed to pick up
the TAS a couple of knots, and never need to wax, also removed
some swirl marks from the factory miss handling my black
paint.

I'm the chief pilot for Empire Southwest
LLC. I operate a 2001 King Air 350 in Mesa, Arizona. I have
been using West Coast Wash Station for many years to help
me keep our aircraft looking new.
Almost a year ago your crew treated our
aircraft with PERMAGARD. I have been amazed and impressed
with PERMAGARD's performance. The cleaner and PERMAGARD
application transformed our seven year old factory paint
to like new condition. The colors once again jumped out
and the entire aircraft had that glossy wet look.
It still looks that way today. There is
very little exhaust attachment and what there is wipes off
easily. I highly recommend PERMAGARD for new and old paint
applications.

Haydon
Building Corporation Chief Pilot Ben Kester
December 17, 2008
Mike,
I am the chief pilot for Haydon Building Corporation
with our flight department based at Williams Gateway Airport
in Mesa, AZ. For the last year and a half, the exterior care
for our King Air 2003, C90B has been maintained by West Coast
Wash Station.
It was time for our airplane to be waxed.
Recently, we had the opportunity to see a locally based King
Air 350 have their airplane waxed with Permagard. Both King
Airs are about a year apart in production and have original
paint. Immediately, we noticed a difference from past wax
jobs. Permagard does cost more, however the quality is far
better. The downtime was minimal but worth the wait.
The Permagard wax restored our paint to a
like-new condition and lasts much longer than traditional
wax. The exhaust soot from our engines does not stick to the
aircraft as readily and wipes off with ease.
We are extremely happy with the results and
will continue to use Permagard for our exterior maintenance
program.
Sincerely,
Ben Kester
